Uluslararası Göç Örgütü (IOM) 1951 yılında kurulmuş hükümetler arası bir örgüttür ve
insancıl ve düzenli göçün hem göç edenlerin, hem de toplumun yararına olduğu ilkesini
benimsemiştir.
IOM Acil Durum ve Mülteciler için İnsani Yardım Programı çerçevesinde, IOM Teklif
Değerlendirme ve Seçim Komitesi («TDSK») ilgilenen tüm İhale Katılımcılarını
aşağıdakilerin uzun süreli tedariki için «Teklif» sunmaya davet etmektedir:

Teklifler, teklif sunumunu takip eden 12 ay boyunca geçerli olacaktır ve yanında banka
garantisi ya da saygın bir bankadan akreditif mektubu şeklinde temin edilecek bir Teklif
Teminatı bulunması gerekmektedir. Tekliflerin en geç 15 Ağustos 2018 tarihinde, saat
16:00’ya kadar Güvenevler Mahallesi, 29069 Sokak No:15, 27360 Şehitkamil/Gaziantep
adresinde bulunan TDSK’ya teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir.

Geciken teklifler kabul edilmeyecektir. Teklifler, hazır bulunan İhale Katılımcılarının
huzurunda, yukarıda belirtilen adres, tarih ve saatte açılacaktır.
IOM, İhale Katılımcılarına bildirimde bulunma yükümlülüğü olmaksızın; teklifleri kabul
etme ya da reddetme, satın alma sürecini iptal etme ve Sözleşmenin imzalanmasından
önceki herhangi bir tarihte tüm teklifleri reddetme hakkını saklı tutar.

In the framework of IOM Emergency and Refugee Humanitarian Assistance Program, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the long term provision of:

Bids shall be valid for a period of 12 Months after submission of bids and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee or letter of credit from a reputable commercial banking institution and shall be delivered to the BEAC latest at Güvenevler Mahallesi, 29069 Sokak No:15, 27360 Şehitkamil/Gaziantep on 15 August 2018 at 16:00.

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the above address, date and time in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Agreement, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
