Yukarıda adı geçen müşteri, Avrupa İmar ve Kalkınma Bankası (Banka) tarafından yönetilen bir kredi/hibe gelirinin bir kısmını yukarıda adı geçen sözleşme(ler)in maliyetine yönelik olarak kullanmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Ek finansman bilgileri:
Tedarik edilecek Malların fiyatı, gümrük vergileri ve KDV hariç DDP (Balti, Nihai Varış Yeri) esasına göre verilecektir. Teslimat programı, Tedarikçinin avans ödemesini aldığı günden itibaren 50 haftadır.

Usulüne uygun olarak doldurulmuş ve imzalanmış İhale Teminatının aslı, yukarıda belirtilen teklif verme kapanış tarihini takip eden 3 takvim günü içerisinde Müşteri tarafından alınacaktır.

INVİTATİON FOR TENDERS SİNGLE
1. Funding Details
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).
Additional financing information:
The price of the Goods to be supplied shall be quoted on the basis of DDP (Balti, Final Place of Destination) without customs duties and VAT. Delivery schedule is 50 weeks after the day of Supplier’s receipt of the advance payment.
2. Information on the Procurement Exercise
Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
The type of contract and the procurement method is stated above. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP.
The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.
 
This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). 3. Other Information
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) EUR or its equivalent in a convertible currency. The original of the duly completed and signed Tender Security shall be received by the Client not later than 3 calendar days following the above mentioned closing date for submission of the tenders.
